Colour Coded Aerial Selfie Series

You know one day when you wake up in a state where your thoughts are ‘crowding’ or even ‘flooding’ you and you think you are crazy!!? I do wake up in that state often, and I recently did and decided to start a Colour Aerial Selfie Series #CASS.
I decided to do a series of aerial Selfies communicating in colours, I was like, what a better way to connect with people in a unique form, that is, in pictures and colour. I decided to start with a random colour I accidental stumbled upon, YELLOW, Hahaha well it was actually easy to start with it because we have a lemon tree and it was raining lemons that day.
I woke up one day and decided to pick lemons and guess what I made? LEMONADE!!! For real, I did and started taking pictures.
Here is a compilation of my COLOUR CODED SELFIES, with short snippets of little information I got on what each colour represents around us.
A brighter colour that in most cultures represents sunshine. Yellow is known to exude warmth, cheerfulness, happiness, creativity, optimism just to mention a few. Yellow however has the dark side, Judgmental, egoistical, impatient overly analytic.
Yellow is known as a positivity colour, Women of husbands of WAR used to wear yellow ribbons as a way of HOPE for their husbands return.
With Yellow exuding positive vibes, you can choose to be yellow, as yellow you are deemed to be a practical thinker, a dreamer and open for challenges.
Red is a mixed emotion colour, ranging from passionate, intense love to anger and violence — representing both cupid and the devil. It is a hot, strong, stimulating colour that represents excitement and energy.
Red is daring, powerful, aggressive, determined, energetic and it also represents, romance, love, lust, passion and desire. On the other hand, it represents blood and fire.
The colour red is linked to the most primitive physical, emotional, and financial needs of survival and self-preservation.
Too much Red can be overbearing, it increased rate and raise blood pressure.
Dark Red is associated with vigour, willpower, leadership, courage, rage, malice and anger.
Purple combines the stability of the colour blue and the energy of the red. The colour purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition. Purple also represents meanings of wealth, extravagance, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion, peace, pride, mystery, independence, and magic. Purple is even acknowledged in the Bible.
Purple also represents the planet Jupiter and it was the colour of the first dye made by man.
The positive vibes of Purple are; unusual and individual, creative and inventive, psychic and intuitive, humanitarian, selfless and unlimited, mystery, fantasy and the future.
The Negative vibes of the Purple are; immaturity, being impractical, cynical and aloof, pompous and arrogant, fraudulent and corrupt, delusions
Grey is a cool, neutral, and balanced colour. Grey is an emotionless, moody colour that is typically associated with meanings of dull, dirty, and dingy, as well as formal, conservative, and sophisticated. Just like black, Grey is a timeless and practical colour that is often associated with loss or depression.
Grey is deemed as reliable, conservative, dignified, neutral, impartial, professional, mature, intelligent, classic, solid, stable, calming, subdued, reserved, elegant, formal and dependable.
It is also associated with being indecisive, non-emotional, indifferent, boring, sad, depressed, lifeless, lonely and isolated
Pink is the colour of universal love of oneself and of others. Pink represents friendship, affection, harmony, inner peace, and approachability. Pink is the sweet side of the colour Red. Pink is deemed to be intuitive and insightful as well as kindness. It is a sign of Hope, calmness and unleashes the innocence and sweetness of everyone despite age.
The colour pink puts people in touch with the nurturing side of themselves, through either the need to receive or the need to give, nurturing and TLC.
Pink further represent unconditional and romantic love, compassion warmth, hope, calming, sweetness and femininity.
It also represent the negative side such as being physically weak, over-emotional and over-cautious, being naive, immature and girlish and lack of self-worth.
Brown is solid, brown is the colour of earth and is abundant in nature. Light brown implies genuineness while dark brown is similar to wood or leather. When you are Brown, you belong to a family and you have lots of good friends.
Brown further shows that it’s a colour of material security and accumulation of material possessions and it’s mostly liked by men.
Brown is quietly confident, sensual, sincere honest and yet again sensitive. Brown is down to earth Friendly, stable and always reliable.
Brown is however Frugal, cheap, dull, materialistic and predictable, stingy and lacks humour hence boring.
Orange is a colour of liberation from the pains of hurtful love and inner insecurities. To "Channel orange" is to be truly free to be you.
Orange is jovial, cheerful, and playful and encourages socialization, Orange is optimistic and rejuvenates.
Orange induces appetite, so having orange in the kitchen when you are on a weight loss program is not a good idea.
Orange is sociable, channels self-confident, independent. Orange flamboyant adventurous and is risk taker’
The downside of Orange is that they are overly proud, over bearing superficial and insincere.
Even though black is associated with elegance and being timeless, it is associated with fear, evilness, and death and even radiates authority as it screams power. Black absorbs negative energy and it’s seen as an unfriendly colour. It is usually used to hide flaws from the world and everyone around us.
Black is associated with being sophisticated, strong well contained, mystery as well as protection and comfort.
It is however deemed to be aloof, secretive, conservative and serious, depressing and pessimistic
The colour of the ocean, sea and the sky. The colour that represents intelligence, trust, loyalty, wisdom, confident, faith and above all the HEAVENS. Studies shows that Blue is a masculine colour. Blue is further associated with stability and is the most liked colour in the world and 53% of the world flags contain blue.
If you are Blue you show concern and you are peaceful and calm, reliable, responsible, caring and shows devotion and contemplation.
Blue is however rigid, deceitful and spiteful, depressed and sad, too passive, self-righteous, superstitious and emotionally unstable, too conservative and old-fashioned, predictable and weak, unforgiving, aloof and frigid. It can also indicate manipulation, unfaithfulness and being untrustworthy.
Green represent nature, just like blue it suggest stability as well as endurance. Besides it representing growth and hope, it is usually associated with money. Green also exudes safety. Green is linked to spring, a season which deemed to be the rebirth of nature hence it restores and renews the depleted energy. Green is generous and loyal and loves family.
Green is emotionally balanced and calm, practical and down to earth, sympathetic, compassionate and nurturing
It is however deemed to be possessive and materialistic, indifferent and over-cautious, envious, selfish, greedy, devious with money and inconsiderate.
White is considered to be the colour of perfection, it’s associated with faith, wholeness, purity, innocence, light and goodness. White is neutral, is totally reflective, awakening openness, growth and creativity. White is futuristic.
It is further associated with coolness and cleanliness, angels are believed to wear white clothes. It is a colour linked to safety, equality simplicity, completeness and new beginnings.
White represents boring, empty, isolation, sterile and very cautious.
